(土壤環境)
⑴ 陽極地床構(gou)造(zao)
為(wei)保證犧牲陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(鎂(mei)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji))在土壤中性能穩(wen)定(ding),陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)四周要填(tian)充適當(dang)的(de)化(hua)學填(tian)包料(liao),陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)與(yu)土壤相(xiang)(xiang)鄰為(wei)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)與(yu)填(tian)料(liao)相(xiang)(xiang)鄰,改善了陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)工作環境(jing);降低陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)接地(di)電阻(zu),增加陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)輸出(chu)電流;填(tian)料(liao)的(de)化(hua)學成份(fen)有(you)利陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)產物的(de)溶解,不結(jie)痂,減少(shao)不必要的(de)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)化(hua);維持陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)地(di)床長期濕(shi)潤。對化(hua)學填(tian)包料(liao)的(de)基本要求有(you):
電阻率低,滲透性(xing)好,不易(yi)流(liu)失;保濕(shi)性(xing)好。犧牲陽極(ji)填(tian)(tian)包(bao)(bao)料(liao)有用(yong)(yong)袋(dai)裝(zhuang)和現場鉆孔中填(tian)(tian)裝(zhuang)兩種方(fang)法,注意袋(dai)裝(zhuang)的袋(dai)子*是(shi)天然(ran)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin),嚴禁使(shi)用(yong)(yong)化纖(xian)(xian)織(zhi)(zhi)物。現場鉆孔填(tian)(tian)裝(zhuang)效(xiao)果雖好,但填(tian)(tian)料(liao)用(yong)(yong)量(liang)要大(da),稍不注意容(rong)易(yi)把土粒帶入填(tian)(tian)料(liao)中,影響填(tian)(tian)包(bao)(bao)的質(zhi)量(liang),填(tian)(tian)包(bao)(bao)料(liao)的厚度應在(zai)各個方(fang)向(xiang)均(jun)保持5~10cm。常用(yong)(yong)填(tian)(tian)包(bao)(bao)料(liao)配方(fang)見附表:
⑵陽極地床的布置(zhi)
犧(xi)(xi)牲陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)的分(fen)布可(ke)采用單支或(huo)集(ji)中成組(zu)兩種(zhong)方式(shi),陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)埋(mai)設(she)(she)(she)(she)分(fen)為立式(shi),水平式(shi)兩種(zhong),埋(mai)設(she)(she)(she)(she)方向(xiang)(xiang)有軸向(xiang)(xiang)和徑向(xiang)(xiang)。陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)埋(mai)設(she)(she)(she)(she)位(wei)置一般距(ju)管(guan)道(dao)外壁3~5m,*小(xiao)不(bu)宜(yi)小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)0.3m,埋(mai)設(she)(she)(she)(she)深度以陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)頂部距(ju)地面不(bu)宜(yi)小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)1m為宜(yi),對于(yu)(yu)北方地區(qu),*在(zai)凍(dong)土層以下(xia)。成組(zu)埋(mai)設(she)(she)(she)(she)時(shi),陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)2~3m為宜(yi)。在(zai)地下(xia)水位(wei)低于(yu)(yu)3m的干(gan)燥地帶,犧(xi)(xi)牲陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)應(ying)加深埋(mai)設(she)(she)(she)(she),對河(he)流、湖泊地帶,犧(xi)(xi)牲陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)應(ying)盡(jin)可(ke)能埋(mai)設(she)(she)(she)(she)在(zai)河(he)床(湖底)的*部位(wei)以防洪水沖涮和挖泥清淤時(shi)損壞。在(zai)城市(shi)和管(guan)網區(qu)使用犧(xi)(xi)牲陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)時(shi),要注意(yi)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)和被保護構(gou)筑物(wu)之間(jian)(jian)不(bu)應(ying)有其它構(gou)筑物(wu),如電纜(lan)、水、汽(qi)、管(guan)道(dao)等。
犧牲(sheng)陽極(鎂陽極)組(zu)在(zai)管道上的(de)間(jian)距,對(dui)于長輸管道為1 ~2組(zu)/km,對(dui)于城市(shi)管道及(ji)站(zhan)內(nei)管網以200~300組(zu)為宜。
